When you were 25, she helped to pay for your wedding, and she cried and told how deeply she loved you.
- You thanked her by moving halfway across the country.
When you were 30, she called with some advice on the baby.
- You thanked by telling her, “Things are different now.”
When you were 40, she called to remind you of a relative’s birthday.
- You thanked her by saying you were “really busy right now.”
When you were 50, she fell ill and needed you to take care of her.
- You thanked her by reading about the burden parents become to their children.
And then, one day, she quietly died. And everything you never did, came crashing down like thunder on your heart.
If she’s still around, never forget to love her more than ever. And if she’s not, remember her unconditional love

Deepak and Pawan,
You did a fantastic job by conveying this Million Dollar message. I live far from my Mom, she is in India and I am here in USA…so i can imagine how important mom is….i am also a MOM myself of a almost 2 years child….I know what it takes to bring up a child…all that what i am doing is nothing that my MOm would not have done to brought me up….I really like the way this message has been described…I just joined this group few days ago and I think its worth joing it, specially in the busy life here, when we don’t get a lot of time to appreciate each other….Keep posting these type of messages for people like me who are away from their near ones.
Best Regards,
Harpreet

M-O-T-H-E-R
M is for the million things she gave me,
O means only that she’s growing old,
T is for the tears she shed to save me,
H is for her heart of purest gold;
E is for her eyes, with love-light shining,
R means right, and right she’ll always be,
Put them all together, they spell “MOTHER,”
A word that means the world to me.

ya its always true that we don actually express r love to r monther’s they way they do. actually we can never reciprocate the ocean of love “a mother” gives.
all we have to do now since all r growin older.. we must respect for the wonderful human being she is and love her lots. show them in small ways.and tell her that we love her. “happy mother’s day to all the mother’s in thw universe”.

The above lines about MOTHER are really heart-touching..
Your origin in this world starts from MOTHER
After you born,
your first view is your MOTHER
your first food is from your MOTHER
your first feeling is from your MOTHER
your first touch is your MOTHER
first word you learn is AMMA, MAA, MOTHER (language is different, but ultimate meaning is same)
you first remember your MOTHER when you have pain.
till your life-end, everyone’s MOTHER has a very important role in their lifes. Therefore, nobody can replace MOTHER in this universe and everyone should accept it……
Don’t forget your MOTHER at any time….share everything with her. By doing so, she will suggest you like a philosopher, be-loved friend and moreover like a TRUE MOTHER (there is no replacement till now).
Keep loving your own MOTHER………………
In my view MOTHER means
M - Moral
O - Optimistic
T - True
H - Honest
E - Enthusiasm
R - Realistic
Don’t forget your mother.
AMMA………I LOVE YOU.

Teer Baton K Phir Tu Chalane Laga
Baat Be Baat Unn Se Tu Larne Laga
Qayda Ik Naya Tu Phir Parne Laga
Yaad Kar Tujh Se Maan Ne Kaha Ik Din
Abb Humara Guzara Nahi Tere Bin
Sunn Ke Yeh Baat Tu Tesh Main Agiya
Tera Gussa Teri Aqal Ko Kha Giya
Josh Main Aake Tu Ne Yeh Maan Se Kaha
Main Tha Khamosh Sub Dekhta He Raha
Aaj Kehta Hoon Peecha Mera Chor Do
Jo Hai Rishta Mera Tum Se Woh Tor Do
Jao Ja Ke Kahin Kaam Dhanda Karo
Log Marte Hain Tum Bhi Kahin Ja Maro
Beth Kar Ahain Bharti Thi Maan Raat Bhar
Inki Ahon Ka Tujh Par Howa Na Asar
Aik Din Baap tera Chala Roth Kar
Kese Bikhri Thi Phir Teri Maan Tout Kar
Phir Woh Bhi Bass kal Ko Bulati Rahi
Zindagi Isko Har Roz Satati Rahi
Aik Din Mout Ko Bhi Taras Agaya
Iska Rona Bhi Taqdeer Ko Bha Gaya
Ashk Ankhon Main Thay Woh Rawana Howi
Mout Ki Aik Hichki Bahana Howi
Ik Sukoon Us k Chehre Pe Chane Laga
Phir Tu Mayyat Ko Uski Sajane Laga
Muddatain Ho Gayi Aaj Budda Hai Tu
Touti Khatiya Pe Para Bora Hai Tu
Tere Bache Bhi Abb Tujh Se Darte Nahi
Nafrate Hain, Muhabbat Woh Karte Nahi

What can I say. I think whatever I say to thank will not be enough. I lost my mother when I was 2 yars old. I am 59 now. Maa kya hoti hai wo unse poochhe jinki Maa nahi hoti. “konsi hai wo cheez jo yahan nahi milti. Sab kuchh mil jaata hai par MAA nahin milti. I have sent yr e mail to all my nephews, nieces, grand nephews and nieces. This is surely an eye opener for all. Keep it up and GOD BLESS.

The msg is really quite touching , exposing the thoughtlessness, if not callousness, of the young towards the parents- esp. the mother.
But, unfortunately, this particular one reflects more the society at the upper middle-class and above of the western civilisation ( no doubt it is more mimicked by the society in the East).
You should try to pen out one reflecting the realities of the Eastern culture where even today ( cd be in non-urban and non-metro rwegions) the mother is worshipped.

Hi deepak
how r u? a big thx 2 u 4 writing such a nice poem n pawan too 4 forwardingdis mag 2 me thankyou. its not just a poem but the real attitude of most of the children.
we always think that we know world better but we forget that she hav passed more time in this world than v hav n know people’s attitude better than us. v never notice that she never deny us to do whatever v want to. today most of us hav forgotten the sacrifices made by her 4 us. so my msg 2 all the children in world (especially 4 boys who never bother abt their mom’s feelings, wants after marriage which is very regretful ) will b :-
PLZ DO RESPECT UR MOM n NEVER FORGET HER SACRIFICES 4 U , DO RESPECT HER FEELINGS BECOZ MOM IS THE PERSON WHO LOVE HER CHILDREN SOOOOOO MUCH that even if whole world is against u she will never leave u alone her love&blessings will always b dere 4 us. so plzzzzz do give her respect from ur heart.
Happy mothers day 2 all moms.

Really the most touching one, it clearly shows what a mother stands for, no words to explain or to match a mother, although things are different in India.
